solo shows
Peter created seven solo performances for schools and toured them throughout the country. His work was featured on radio and television and led to numerous commissions for BBC radio. During this time he also directed writing and performance projects with many established poets with funding from the Arts Council and DCMS/Woolfson.
 
guest artist
Peter has twice been guest artist at the OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY teaching directing and ensemble theatre.  In association with the university he played Peter Quince in a touring production of Midsummer Night's Dream and the narrator in The Rocky Horror Show at the Southern Theare in Columbus.

microscopic inspirations

5 short plays were commissioned and performed at the Guildhall Library in the City of London to compliment the exhibition 'Under the Microscope' featuring the work of the artist Mary Pritchard. The event focused on the life of her mother Dr Olive Aykroyd, an eminent scientist at Trinity College Dublin in the 1930's.

writer in residence

Peter was writer in residence on the Escape 2 Create  programme in Seaside, Florida. He started writing a new show with the working title ‘The Killing Jar’, ran theatre workshops with students from Gulf Coast State College and performed his solo show ‘The 7 Stages of Man’.

legacy of leadership

Theatre, dance and film combined with a variety of speeches and debate to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Rank Foundation, a charity set up by the film magnate J Arthur Rank.

hamlet's fool

Commissioned by the Arts Initiative at THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY, this production premiered as part of the Year of  Shakespeare Celebrations to commemorate
the third year of the international partnership between OSU and the ROYAL SHAKESPEARE COMPANY. It subsequently played in London.
